💳 How Does the Credit System Work in Pabbly Chatflow?
Credit Consumption:
- One message sent via Pabbly Chatflow consumes 1 Pabbly Chatflow credit.
- Receiving messages does not consume any Pabbly Chatflow credits.
- Flow-based messaging (messages sent through automated workflows or chatbot flows) also consumes Pabbly Chatflow credits.
- Any form of message sending, whether manual or automated, will consume credits.
🔄 Monthly Credit Refill
Lifetime Deal (LTD) Plan:
- You receive a fixed number of Pabbly Chatflow credits every month, based on your plan.
- These credits are automatically refilled on the 1st of every month.
- You do not have to pay additional money for the monthly refill.
Monthly Recurring Plan:
- Pabbly Chatflow credits are refilled on the recurring date of purchase every month.
One-Time Credits for Free Users:
- Free users receive 100 Pabbly Chatflow credits as a one-time allocation.
- These credits are provided only once when the account is created.
- There is no monthly recurring credit refill for free accounts.
- Once the 100 credits are exhausted, users can purchase a Pabbly Chatflow plan to continue sending messages.
💰 Credit Top-Up
- You can purchase additional Pabbly Chatflow credits on top of your existing LTD or recurring plan.
- When you purchase a top-up, your existing plan limits remain unaffected.
- In addition to Pabbly Chatflow credits, you will also need to pay for Meta credits.
- Meta credits are required as per the WhatsApp Cloud API pricing set by Meta.
- Pabbly Chatflow does not add any markup on the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API pricing.
- You pay the Meta charges directly to Meta through their platform.

- Some users may confuse Pabbly Chatflow credits with Meta credits.
