Meta and Pabbly Chatflow charge for two different things, and both are billed separately.
- Meta charges you directly for WhatsApp conversations and template messages, as per Meta’s official pricing.
- Pabbly Chatflow charges only platform usage fees, consumed as credits for:
- Flow execution
- Automation logic
- Message handling
- Broadcasting
Pabbly Chatflow does not add any markup on Meta’s message or conversation charges.
