Updating the Price of an Existing Plan or Subscription: A Step-by-Step Guide

You can implement the new price in two steps in Pabbly Subscription Billing:
Step 1: Update the price of the plan for the new customer

Update the price of the plan to reflect the new amount. This ensures that new customers will purchase the plan at the updated price.
Navigate to the Plan section.> Find and hover on the plan you wish to edit. > three dots options > Edit > enter the updated price >Save the changes.
Once this is completed, the plan will reflect the updated price. New customers who purchase this plan will be charged the updated amount.
Step 2: Adjust Pricing for Existing Customers or Subscription
If you want to update the price for current subscribers or customers, you will need to adjust their existing subscriptions. To do this, cancel their current subscription with the old amount and then create a new subscription for the same plan, but at the updated price.
