How to change the status of an Order Message (Active / Inactive)

Follow the steps below to change the status of an existing Order Message in Pabbly Chatflow.

Step 1: Log in to Pabbly Chatflow and Open Order Message Section

1. Log in to your Pabbly Chatflow account.
2. From the left sidebar, click on WhatsApp Payment.
3. On the top navigation bar, click on the Order Message tab (3rd Tab).

Change status from Active to Inactive

Step 2: Locate the Order Message

In the Order Messages list, find the order message whose status you want to change

Step 3: Open the action menu

On the right side of that order message row, click the three-dot (⋮) menu to view more actions.

Step 4: Select “Inactive”

From the menu items, click Inactive.

Step 5: Confirm Inactive status

A confirmation popup titled Inactive will appear, asking:
“Are you sure you want to set this order message as Inactive?”

Click the Inactive button to confirm.

Change status from Inactive to Active

Step 7: Locate the Inactive Order Message

In the Order Messages list, find the order message that is currently marked as Inactive.

Step 8: Open the action menu

On the right side of that Inactive order message row, click the three-dot (⋮) menu.

Step 9: Select “Active”

From the dropdown menu, click Active.

Step 10: Confirm Active status

A confirmation popup titled Active will appear, asking:
“Are you sure you want to set this order message as active?”

Click the Active button to confirm.
